1. Agreement Overview

This Services Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between users ("User" or "you") and AzExperience Travel, a service provided by PartnerPro LLC. By utilizing any part of the services or creating an account with AzExperience Travel, you affirm your acceptance and commitment to comply with all terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Service Pricing, Booking and Payment

AzExperience Travel provides a spectrum of travel and touristic services, encompassing tours, activities, attractions, accommodation, car rentals, transport, and event organization collectively referred to as "Travel Products." These services may include access to day-to-day management and sales systems, booking engines, online marketplaces, affiliate marketing hubs, website builders, and additional business services available through the AzExperience website. To make a booking through the Site, you must create an account and provide certain information, such as your name, email address, and contact information. You may also be required to provide payment information, such as your credit card number. AzExperience Travel accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. You will be charged in full at the time of booking. All prices quoted on the AzExperience Travel website must be inclusive of all taxes and fees.

3. Cancellation, No-Show and Refund (Return Policy)

All services provided by AzExperience Travel are generally considered fully non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific product or service description. Refund exceptions may apply only when explicitly mentioned in the product or service description. Users are encouraged to thoroughly review the description of each product or service for any specific refund conditions. If a refund is applicable based on the specific product or service description, users should follow the outlined process provided by AzExperience Travel. Refund requests may require users to contact the customer support team as soon as possible at info@azexperience.az. AzExperience Travel reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy. Users are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any updates. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notices. 

AzExperience Travel not be responsible for any consequences arising from users' failure to show up for booked activities or services. 

4. Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking, you must contact AzExperience Travel as soon as possible. AzExperience Travel may charge a fee for changes to bookings.

5. Passports, Visas, and Immigration

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visa, and all other necessary travel documentation for your trip. AzExperience Travel is not liable for any travel disruptions or losses due to lack of proper documentation.

6. Insurance

It is your responsibility to obtain adequate travel insurance for your trip. AzExperience Travel is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred if you do not have travel insurance.

7. User Responsibilities

Users subscribing to the AzExperience Website Service bear sole responsibility for website activities, user content, and compliance with applicable laws. This includes ensuring the Bókun Website's compliance with all relevant laws and providing end users with applicable terms of use and privacy policies.

8. Amendments, Termination, and General Practices

AzExperience Travel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any service, with or without notice. Users must comply with general practices and limits set by AzExperience. The company may establish practices and limits concerning service use, subject to periodic amendment.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Indemnity

Either party may terminate the agreement. AzExperience may suspend or terminate services immediately for reasons including user material breaches, inactivity, or failure to pay fees. Users hold AzExperience harmless for claims, damages, or costs arising from a failure to comply with obligations, and users indemnify AzExperience for costs related to assistance based on this agreement.

10. Contact, Updates, and Other Provisions

All notifications must be in writing via email to info@azexperience.az. AzExperience may update or replace this Agreement without prior notice. This Agreement prevails over other agreements related to AzExperience's processing of personal data.

11. Force Majeure

AzExperience Travel is not liable for any cancellations or delays caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, or political unrest.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Azerbaijan.

13. Acceptance and Commitment

By utilizing AzExperience Travel, users unequivocally accept and commit to the comprehensive terms outlined in this Agreement.
